About the Recipe
I'm no bartender, but I do enjoy a good cocktail and learning how to make some of them along the way have been fun. I love all things grapefruit and this cocktail is a perfect spring/summer beverage to enjoy.

Ingredients
Beverage:
2 ounces Vodka (I used Kettle One Botanical grapefruit and rose)
1 ounce St. Germaine
2 ounces fresh squeezed pink grapefruit
1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/4 ounce rosemary simple syrup
Rosemary Simple Syrup:
1 C water
1 C sugar
2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, measure out water, sugar and rosemary sprigs. Bring to a simmer and stir, allowing the sugar to dissolve completely. Turn off heat and let rosemary steep for 30 minutes as it cools. Remove rosemary and pour into desired storage vessel. Store in fridge.
Step 2
In a cocktail shaker with ice, measure out all beverage ingredients, stir and let sit for 1 minute to chill. Strain into glass and garnish with grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig.
